Games of Thrones challenge * SPOILER ALERT*

1. Favorite female character

Catelyn Stark is my favorite female character because she is all about her family. This woman puts her life in risk to save her Son Bran. She is always constantly thinking about all of her children and her husband. She is also very strong, very opinionated and is well educated. She is such a wonderful mother character. She is all about family even till the end.

2. Favorite male character

JON Snow !!!! I started off liking Neddard Stark but we all know what happened to him. Jon is my favorite character because he has the most character development in the series. His character goes through a lot and does a lot. He loves his family even though they sometimes consider him not part of the family. He also loves a woman even though he know he is breaking his oath. He also leaves this woman because of his promise and oath which is honorable. He is strong, friendly and caring. He cares for everyone and  treats everyone as equals. In the book he is hot and in the show he is played by Kit Harrington who is also hot. Jon Snow is my dream husband , haha

3. Favorite couple

Neddard and Catelyn Stark because they are basically the only normal couple in the series and one of the only couples who last for a longtime. They seem like they had a great marriage and they have wonderful children. Ned supposedly fathered a bastard (which I don’t believe is his) but Catelyn forgives him for it and they worked on their marriage. They just seemed to know and understand each other very well.

4. Least favorite female character

Daenerys and Cersi. I do not like Cersi because she is a bitch. Her character is out to get Sansa and many other characters. She is not very nice to people and she is very sneaky. She also sleeps with her twin brother…not cool. I do not like daenerys because to me she has no character development. She still acts like a young woman. She doesn’t really show how she has grown up by losing a child and a husband. Everything also seems to be about her and her dragons. I also don’t believe she will be Queen because her character is not strong enough. I have not finished reading the series yet, so things may change.

5. Least favorite male character

Jeffory because he is so rude and takes after his mother. He acts like a boy who wants everything his way. He is just brutal

6. Least favorite couple

Sansa and Tyrion. This couple was made for politics and there is no love between them. I will say that the way Tyrion respects Sansa is very nice because she has been through a lot.

7. Favorite character that died before the plot began

What plot ? As I said earlier Neddard. I really wanted to see more of Ned but I guess his character’s death gave room for other characters. I was really mad about the death of Robb and Catelyn Stark. I really wanted Robb to be King of more than just the North. I felt like George RR Martin was unfair when he killed Robb because his character could be so much more. At the same time I believe that Robbs death made room for Jon !! I also think that Catelyn didn’t need to die the way that she did. I know that she was protecting her son like she always did but her behavior before her death was strange and out of character. I also think that her and Robbs bodies did not have to be manipulated like they were.

8. A small piece of fanfiction written by me

I would have Sansa live happy ever after because that is all that the poor character dreams about. This poor girl has been through so much. I would also make Jon Snow King of the Realm

9. Favorite family in Westeros

House Stark !!! I love all of the characters in the Stark house. The Stark family also suffers the most which is very sad. I love their motto “Winter is Coming”. I also love how they are simple and care about family so much.

12. Favorite book so far

I have read up to “Storm of Swords” and it is my favorite so far. I do have to say that this book is also the saddest for me too

13. Character others adore and I don’t

Daenerys :( So many people seem to like her. I cannot see why. Her character has made no improvement in 3 books. Her chapters are also pretty boring to. I do like the actress who plays her though.

14. Character that others hate and I love

Tyrion:) He is the perfect character because he is well rounded but at the same time he has his flaws. His flaws are that he is a dwarf that killed his mother; which makes his father and his sister hate him. He also is not very attractive which he resents. His character is very well educated and is always reading a book. I love his wits the most. Tyrion is always quick with witty responses and he says what is on his mind which will get him in trouble. He also hates Joffery and he stands up against him. Tyrion can be mean at times but not as mean as the other characters. He also respects people and gives good advice.

15. Underrated character

Gendry; so far in the third book he is mentioned a lot but I do not know if he will be back in other books. It seems pointless to me for George RR Martin to mention him unless he has a bigger part. He is the Bastard of King Robert and I could see him possibly having a claim to the throne if Jon doesn’t take it. If Arya ages a lot in the next few books I could see her marrying him.

16. Overrated character

Jeffory, Stannis, Daenerys, Cersi and Jamie.

Those who read know what happens to Joffery . I don’t really think Stannis will amount to much other than being an obstacle to Danny of Jon…But I am only on the 3rd book. Ceris is just a Bitch; plain and simple. Her brother Jamie doesn’t really have a purpose. His character has had a lot of major changes but I still don’t see him going far in the game of thrones

17. Most awesome death scene

hmmmm…so many characters have died.

Happy: I am the most happiest over Joffery’s death. I was hoping that he will be killed. Him chocking/being poisoned is a good way for him to die. I didn’t like how his death effected Tyrion though.

Saddest: I cried really hard when Ned was beheaded. Also when Ygritte die in Jon’s arms.

Most shocking: Robb’s and Catelyn’s death at the Wedding

All of the death scenes have been very creative and good and sad. Some of the beheadings were very gross. I have to say that the worst death so far would be Robb’s. Poor Robb was shot with 3 arrows and then stabbed through the heart. His wolf was then killed after him and both were beheaded and the wolf’s head was sown on to Robb’s body.

18. Most painful death scene

Probably Robb’s but I heard rumors that Jon’s death is the worst. I don’t want to believe that he would be killed but other reader say that they believe he comes back in the 6th book…I hope so

19. Favorite place

Winterfeld. I love the Starks and winter. Winterfeld is also simple and everyone cares about each other. This place reminds me of Rohan

20. Favorite 4 actors from the show 

Kit Harrington as John Snow. He is such a good actor and he is hot which is a major plus

Sean Bean as Neddard. I love the actor and that is why I first started watching Game of Thrones

Michelle Fairley as Catelyn. The actress and character are pretty and humble. Michelle is such a believable  actress. She is how I expected Catelyn to be like.

Leana Headey because she is so beautiful and plays a mean character well. She also is good at representing Cersi’s many different sides.
